Backstory: How did the Founder’s Blend get its name, One Forty? Our Founders, Jeff Bailey and Greg Barnett, were early adopters of social media, and in 2007, they were two of the 50,000 people on Twitter, meeting each other 140 characters at a time. Their first interaction was over who made the best Red Velvet cupcake in Los Angeles. Answer: Aunty Ems in Eagle Rock, California, they both concurred.
